Based in Launceston, offering a full range of colorectal services including colonoscopy, laparoscopic surgery, trans-anal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS), open & perineal surgery and 3-D Endo Anal Ultrasonography.
Initially trained as a General Surgeon, David also performs gallbladder & hernia surgery. David graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1991, then undertook his General Surgical Training in Tasmania and at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
He obtained his Colorectal Fellowship working as a Clinical Fellow at the Singapore General Hospital, Singapore and St Marks Hospital, London, U.K (recognised worldwide as a centre of excellence in colorectal disorders), completing his Colorectal Fellowship in 2002.
